Close and Thanks Reception

Not quite a closing ceremony of Olympic proportions, this will just be an informal gathering over a well-earned cuppa and sandwiches, with the organisers, supporters, volunteers and helpers. It’s an opportunity for folk to comment on how the weekend has gone and make any suggestions for the future.

If you’ve participated over the weekend or have any questions, it’s also your time to meet the organisers and give them some feedback. People who want to bring home made tablet or cookies along will be made particularly welcome as energy levels may be seriously depleted by Sunday afternoon! Seriously though, the Community Council needs and welcomes feedback. All welcome.
